No St Patricks Day Luck for our Mens Teams

Yesterday both our mens teams suffered heart breaking losses in their respective competitions.

Up first the division 2 team hosted Birmingham Blazers in a battle for second place in the league. In what was a scrappy, low scoring game it took over time to determine the outcome. However it was not our day as we came up just short losing 53-50. Check out highlights of the game here. The division 2 team close out the season on the road against Rawzone on Monday 25th March before travelling to Rugeley Raptors on the Thursday 4th April.

To finish off our busy club weekend the Prem Team were on the road to take on league leaders Shropshire Warriors in the teams final meeting of the season. Having split the first two games between the two teams by just 3 and 4 points. This meeting would be no different as Shropshire were able to take a 1 point victory. Despite the loss Coach Rudge was very proud of his teams efforts, particularly on the defensive end. The Prem team finish off their season at home, hosting Redditch on Sunday 24th March and Birmingham METs and Sunday 7th April. Both games tip off at 6pm at West Bromwich Leisure Centre.
